BIO
A gritty and powerful voice in the rising British country scene, George Brown is a singer-songwriter from Cornwall, blending raw vocal emotion with the storytelling of country music. Raised in the countryside, George's roots shape the heart of his sound, offering a British twist on the Nashville sound.
Inspired by artists like Morgan Wallen, Jordan Davis, and Sam Hunt, George began releasing original music in 2022, led by his self-written tracks "Something to Lose", "Don't Break My Heart", and "Guilty". His music pairs contemporary country themes with textured vocals and vivid songwriting that reflect life, heartbreak, and small-town identity.
In 2023, George featured on the EDM-country crossover "She Got Me Hooked" with JOEF, released by Up All Night Records, which is now streamed over a million times. The following year, he released his debut EP "A Town No One Knows", a title inspired by his own experience of coming from a small, unknown village. The EP features original songs alongside a cover of Zach Bryan's "I Remember Everything."
Now in 2025, George opens a bold new chapter with singles "The Other Side" and "Polaroid Smoke" - signalling the start of his second EP and a deeper dive into his evolving sound.
